Emigrate company registration & Emigration clearance from POE India

In 2016 December UAE govt implemented entry permit (visa stamping) for all six Emirates except Dubai, Candidates need to finish Gamca Medical, PCC (Police Clearance Certificate) and directly visit UAE consulate in Delhi or Trivandrum for Bio Metric( fingerprint / eye scanning) and Visa stamping

Al Arabia provides Emigration Clearance services for India and Nepal Candidates who travels on Employment Visa.

According to the Indian Emigration act on 1987, Only Indian Recruitment Licence holders (RA) can do emigration clearance to all ECR (Emigration Check Required) passport holders who is travelling on employment visa.

As of rule implemented on 2016 , Company needs to get registered on E-migrate System as foreign employer to obtain emigration clearance for their candidates. Al Arabia offers both registration and Emigration Service within four working days.

Candidates can get their PCC Certificate from the nearby POLICE STATION or PASSPORT OFFICE in their home country.

Candidates need to send the original PCC certificate to our Indian offices at Delhi/ Trivandrum along with their passport copy, and the company address.

Duration: The certificate takes 10 Indian Working days.
